Runout Records Grades Loose and Prices Tight
The used wall runs about eight dollars over the Discogs median and the grading is generous; the new-release rack is what earns the visit.
We paid. Visited September 2026.

Our Visit
The shop occupies the front half of a Main Street building in Fort Mill. Bins of used records take up most of the floor space. New releases line one wall with listening stations. The used section is organized by genre but the grading is loose. I pulled several records marked VG+ that showed visible wear on the vinyl and sleeve. Prices run about eight dollars above the Discogs median for the same pressing.
The new release rack is well stocked with current rock, hip hop, and jazz. The listening stations work and nobody was using them when I visited. The staff knows the inventory and can point you to similar titles.
The room has good natural light and comfortable chairs near the window. It is a pleasant place to browse. The used records are the weak point. The new selection and the space itself make the trip worthwhile if you know what you are buying.
