Pinhook Lanes Sold Us an Hour and Delivered About 35 Minutes
Three of 16 lanes were dark and ours jammed twice; the 25 minutes we spent waiting on a reset ran on our clock, and the front desk said that is how the hour works.

Our Visit
We paid for an hour of bowling at Pinhook Lanes on a weeknight. Three of the sixteen lanes were dark when we arrived. Our lane jammed twice. Each reset took about 12 minutes while the clock ran. The front desk said that is how the hourly rate works. We got about 35 minutes of actual bowling. The balls were scuffed and the pins did not always reset cleanly. The nacho bar was the only bright spot. The cheese was hot and the chips were fresh.
The building is large with lots of lanes and an arcade area. It was about half full. The staff was busy but not particularly helpful with the lane issues. One visit was enough to know this is not a place to pay by the hour.
